yuuhikaze ced0323bc4 feat: add OpenBao secret management deployment 
Standalone single-replica OpenBao with Raft storage and static
auto-unseal. Longhorn PVCs for data (3Gi) and audit logs (1Gi).
IngressRoute for vault.yhkze.net via host Traefik.
